Valencia Sky is the GL Homes active adult community rising in Naples, Florida, where modern single family designs meet a lifestyle built around wellness, sport and connection. The Community Center opened in February 2026 as the social and fitness hub of the community, and the Racquet Club celebrated its grand opening in August 2026.

Open since February 2026 with a fitness room, a social hub and a calendar of clubs, classes, card games and gatherings curated by the Lifestyle Director.
The Racquet Club opened in August 2026 with 3 lighted clay tennis courts, 4 lighted clay bocce courts, shaded seating, a Pro Shop and a Sports Director offering lessons and round robins.
Nine lighted pickleball courts anchor the Racquet Club, with organized play, lessons and social events coordinated through the Pro Shop.
A gated entrance, landscaped streetscapes, lakes and preserve edges set the tone for the neighborhood, with front and rear yard maintenance included according to GL Homes.
The future heart of Valencia Sky: a grand social hall, lounge and bar, sports lounge with billiards, multi sport simulator, cooking studio and arts and crafts center, all under construction.
Planned features include a resort style pool with shaded beach entry, a resistance exercise pool, shaded lap lanes, a whirlpool spa, cabanas and poolside bar service.
A full service restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating for residents and their guests, plus a lounge and bar for happy hours and events, planned within the Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse will add a full fitness center, exercise studio, steam rooms, massage treatment rooms, a cold plunge and a salt therapy area. Fitness is available today at the Community Center.
